His approach was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and patient, giving me full confidence throughout the process. After reviewing the available Dacia Bigster models and taking one for a test drive, I knew this was the right choice for me. Aonghus clearly explained all features, answered every question, and put together a very fair and acceptable deal on the spot. Thanks to his professionalism and efficiency, I was able to complete the purchase there and then. I am now looking forward to receiving my new Dacia Bigster in early 2026. I had to take my Duster in there for a service, and tyres. Had a good chat with service rep, lovely guy, and he relayed a few bits about maintenance to me also, what to watch out for, and how to take care of her, etc. Nothing but good things to say about these guys, what a bunch of professional legends. Would recommend bigtime.
