I found the type of car I wanted, a Renault Austral. When I phoned up about it Sarah Lloyd took my call. She was very good, not at all pushy and she sent me an indepth video of the car. Sarah suggested a €100 deposit would hold the car for me until I got down to Dublin to see it. A few days later I drove to Finglas and viewed the car. Sarah was happy with the photos and video I sent her about my trade in car. So we agreed on a deal. On the day for the hand over, a young man called Michael arrived to my house with the Austral. He told me he "loved my new car" and wished me well with it. Then we filled out the relevent paperwork and took my old car away. I am delighted with the whole process, it was smooth and professional.
