Ford Focus 2013 1.6 TDCI

For a fella who's a bit surprised he's lived this long and this well, it's always a jolt of welcome reaffirmation to come across a company that provides honest assessments and quality service at a fair price. Such was my experience yesterday with MF Auto in having my air conditioning repaired on my prized Volkswagen Touareg TDI. No BS, no bait and switch, no rudeness. All thumbs up.

I’ve driven by or seen advertisements for MF Auto for several years, so I’ve always known they were around. Now that I own a VW Tiguan, I had been looking for a shop that wasn’t dealer based and that focused on certain brands. From my initial contact via email to today when I actually went to the shop for an oil change and inspection, the staff has been nothing short of excellent. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. Not the pushy type who pushes extra services or products, but makes informed suggestions about what should be done down the road. That’s the kind of staff I like! Definitely a fan, and look forward to doing business again soon! Thanks again fellas!

I’ve had 4 VWs over the course of the last 8-10 years. All of them in that time I’ve had serviced at MF Auto. So, there was no question when I bought the most recent one where it would be going. So, I called to schedule the famous Post Purchase Inspection (PPI 😂). As always these guys provided a top notch inspection and we went through the list in detail of recommendations. Then Wes conveniently sent me the link to view the full report (with photos ) where I could approve/decline any service. Would confidently recommend MF Auto to anyone with a VW or Audi. Now they are taking on the rest of the Euro space also. Appreciate you guys Wes and Bob!
