Ford Focus Active 1.0L EcoBoost 125PS

Absolutely outstanding experience with Ford Sheils Galway! From the very first contact, the whole team was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, well-prepared and, most importantly, genuinely trustworthy. The entire process was smooth, straightforward and completely stress-free. It is not often that you come across a dealership where you feel that the customer genuinely comes first. Ford Sheils Galway certainly gave me that impression. I felt very well looked after throughout the whole experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A special and heartfelt thank you to Shane Carroll. Shane was exceptional from beginning to end — friendly, professional, extremely helpful and always happy to answer any questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend Ford Sheils Galway to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and customer-focused dealership. Thank you to Shane and the entire team at Ford Sheils Galway — absolutely brilliant service! Janos Szalai

A fantastic experience with excellent support. PJ Coyne was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with knowledgable answers to all questions, was patient and understanding. Many thanks and I look forward to driving my new car!

We needed to buy a used car relatively quickly, and Thomas at Sheils Galway was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He guided us every step of the way, took care of all the paperwork, and made everything remarkably simple and stress-free. He was always friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. When we collected the car, he spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining its various functions and controls, making sure we felt comfortable and confident before driving away. And by the way, we've now been driving that car for a few weeks, and we're delighted with it. It was exactly as described and is in superb condition. In a nutshell: excellent service, highly recommended.
