The Honda Beat, Japan’s first mid-engined roadster. Styled by the renowned Italian firm Pininfarina and powered by a 656cc three-cylinder engine equipped with individual throttle bodies, a feature inspired by Honda’s Formula 1 technology of the era—allowing it to rev freely up to 8,500 RPM. It was the final car approved by Soichiro Honda before his death, making it a historically significant model for the brand.
