Honda Civic 5DR 1.6 I-DTEC SMART PLUS

I have bought many cars from Slaney Motors over a number of years ,I must say they are very professional and always go that extra mile to look after the customers requirements . I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a car as they are honest and their knowledge of the business is second to none. Well done Margo and colleagues keep up the good work.

In all my years buying cars this is the best experience iv had. Margo is just so lovely and not your usual pushy car sales person. Im in Dublin so Wexford was a long way away but i just felt so at ease dealing with Margo. Would highly recommend.

Based in Dublin and was looking for a specific Jazz spec/mileage/price via donedeal. Rang on Saturday; car was described as normal wear & tear for the age (7). Rang back on Monday checking for final details and agreed a price; they offered to drive it up at no charge. Car delivered as agreed a few days later after quick phone conversations with minimal hassle - painless and pleasant. Yes, probably too good to be true as a second car buying experience. We were reluctant to grumble about lack of a spare wheel and kerbing marks (you'd see plenty worse, but beyond 'wear and tear' category in our opinion) on passenger side alloys that weren’t in the photos given we were generally happy with the experience and the car was otherwise as described. But we made the call about 5 days later to register our discomfort (also flagged stop/start was not working, which googling said is a common enough issue for that model gen). "Make a list, leave it with me, we'll sort it". A few days later they called, asking if we'd be OK bring the car down and they’d give us a substitute; that happened to suit so we agreed. The car was dropped back to us as agreed ~3 days later. All mentioned issues fully resolved (inc seemingly a replacement battery to resolve stop/start system not working), and the missing service book was included this time around (it turned out to be full Honda service history, which had not been mentioned). Overall a great experience in the end, so would highly recommend dealing with them despite ending up taking a trip to Wexford in the end!
