I went to Stuarts Garages with the mindset to trade in my 2016 executive saloon car and find a suitable used car upgrade to replace it. I had done the usual online searches and honestly I just wanted to walk in and actually look at cars instead of another 360 degree view online. Well, wow!!! I don’t know if I’d just forgotten what being a Customer should really look like or if I had actually entered an alternate universe!!!! The Garage itself was immaculate, the staff all seemed to just naturally care about YOU, and the experience of choosing a car was actually made so easy. I didn’t feel forced or cajoled, there was never a time urgency, it just felt like a partnership in choosing the right fit. I went from my initial thought of choosing an upgrade on my car, maybe a 2021 or 2022, to choosing a brand new 2024 Kia Niro! I couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect car for me. Within a fortnight of each other myself AND my wife each bought a brand new Kia from Stuarts Garages and Brendan and Jason looked after us incredibly well. There is no doubt that the experience of being in Stuarts Garages, having a coffee, having a consultation, talking through the various options gave me a real sense of being a valued customer again. I wish there was a million star review option to choose!
