I was very please with my first experience with BYD. The guy sorry I cant remember his name was extremely friendly and welcoming. He fully understood the questions I asked and was fully understanding of where I was coming from due to my experience with my previous car a BMW. He explained everything that was done and the reasons why. I was very happy with the service and the the receptionist which dealt with me.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my car from BYD South Dublin. I have to say, it was top class from start to finish. Driving over 35 years now, and BYD staff could not do enough for me, especially Kian.
