I got my 191 Hyundai serviced last Thursday. From tbe moment I rang to book in my car, to the moment I collected it, I can say that the communication was excellent. I got a report on what was OK, what they recommended I get done, thankfully there wasn't anything seriously wrong. Car was washed and looked like new. Had a very positive experience dealing with the service department in Kearys of Mallow. I needed to get a job carried out on my Ioniq 6 which required the car to be on site for a few days. Joe and Danny arranged a courtesy car for me and the work carried out was to a high standard. The car was also valeted before I came to collect and personally I love that, it does make a difference to the customer experience. Joe was always on hand to answer queries and kept me updated on the cars progress. I'd have no issue returning to Kearys of Mallow. Friendly staff and excellent servicing department.
