Excellent care, brilliant communication, great guidance. The process of getting my new car was dealt with by Trevor who took exceptional care of us, was enthusiastic and was unbelievably generous with his time. All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful. Delighted with my new car and everything we requested was provided. Overall they were fantastic.

A service date was agreed, I received a reminder text and a phone call the day before informing me that the service would be more expensive because of the nature of the battery. On the day the car was accepted in without any fuss and other work work was recorded. The service was completed with my additional requests . Got a text informing me that all was completed. I’m very satisfied with the service and the knowledgeable pleasant helpful staff. I shall be returning again.

A very pleasant welcome from all the staff , nothing was too much trouble for Regina the receptionist, even though I called in many times. Trevor, who dealt with us was so helpful, he gave time, and showed a lot of patience as he dealt with us. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything, in an easily understandable way, also assuring us that we could call back any time if we needed help as we got used to the car. Overall it was a stress free experience, and we would like to thank all involved in making it that way.
