Great Friendly welcoming atmosphere at Nallys from the Lady on reception whose first name escapes me(apologies).I dealt mainly with Robbie the workshop manager.A Gentleman.He explained everything in detail to me from start to finish.Spoke with John the Salesman initially on making contact with Nallys.Again a Gentleman more than willing to help.When i had collected my car i spoke with Martin the man in charge again a friendly experience.I will be more than willing to contact Nallys if i have any future concerns in relation to my car.My car problem was dealt with promptly and i was kept informed of their progress throughout
