Hyundai ix35 2013,New Nct,Warranty

I popped into Drive Vauxhall Redcar last Sunday as my old car was on its last legs and needed a safe place to buy a car which I desperately needed for work. I did not want a pushey salesman to jump on me as soon as I drove up which normally happens when I drive into a car sales room. After myself and my wife has gad a bit of a walk round Alex came up to me and said can I help ?. My normal reaction was it's ok I'm just looking thankyou. Alex seemed to completely understand and said if I see anything just give him a shout and disappeared. We continued to look at the cars and discussed the practicalities with my wife like don't you think that car is to big. I fell in love with 2 cars SUV,s which I could not belive how cheep they where. We went back into the sales room and found Alex who was more than happy to help, he said if we could not find the car we where looking for he was happy to look at other cars in group stock which would be suitable to our needs and budget. Myself and my family have bought cars from here before and the customer service and support have been amazing. Like most people you hear horror stories of people buying a second hand car and within a few days an engine light appears on the dash board and you end up in a whole lot of mess financially, and I did not want that type of stress. I test drove both cars and ended up preferring an MG HS which I would have never considered. The price was amazing it was only 4 years old with less than 10k miles on the clock. I looked at the finance as a lot of people I did not have the money to buy . Alex was patient friendly and knowledgeable. The process was short and with an hour the process was completed. I picked the car up 2 days later and was over the moon. Within 2 days and in the mist of another heatwave I realised the air con was not working correctly. I emailed Alex who contacted me straight away and booked the car in straight away. As with most families a new car or a second hand car is a big financial investment and we need to feel safe and Alex and drive vauxhall gave me that peice of mind I would recommend anyone who needs a car to pop and see Alex , thank you so much Alex and Drive vauxhall for giving me the reassurance of a safe and secure car purchase. I just want to say a big thank you to Chris from Drive Vauxhall Redcar. I purchased an Audi A4 1.4 Tfsi on the 28/07/26. I traded in my Ford Focus ST3 2018. I am absolutely loving the Audi, it's perfect. Chris is an incredibly nice person, explained everything in a very clear and concise manner, really friendly guy and wish him the best. Fantastic experience buying my car from Drive Vauxhall. Ross has been so helpful finding me the right car that suits my specific needs.
