From start to finish absolutely 10/10 service from Connollys Galway. Excellent customer care from David Leonard he was so easy and pleasant to deal with and made our decision to buy from them very easy, he answered all our questions and made us feel very at ease with the whole process and delivered our fab new car as promised with all extras which was a surprise but just made the experience even better. I would strongly & only recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Connolly's Hyundai in Galway. From the moment we went into their garage and met with Declan to discuss what we were looking for, he was so lovely to deal with, professional, friendly, forthcoming with information and guidance but without being in any way pushy for us to make a decision. It was totally up to us but he was ready to answer any questions we had. He really could not do enough for us both then and since. In addition, I recently went back up to Galway from Limerick for my car's first service and Shane in their service depot was again so lovely, efficient, professional and friendly to deal with. After the service, his colleague Paul came with me to my car and showed me how to resolve a query I had mentioned. I would say without hesitate that ALL of the staff in Connolly's Hyundai Galway are just amazing to deal with and I already have, and definitely would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy a car - for us it was totally worth the journey to Galway to get our car!
