The whole experience with Jack Nathan and the team at Ace autos has been excellent. The no pressured approach while being professional and answering any questions is refreshing. Needed one or two issues sorted and the aftercare is brilliant, no arguing back and forth like other dealers trying to get work done under warranty just a smooth process. Ace Autos was recommended to me for their excellent service and their ability to source the car you are looking for, if not already in stock. I reached out with an overly optimistic specification for my 5 Series BMW and within 2 days had a proposal of a Grade 4 BMW 523 which exceeded my specification list and my expectations. Best of all it was within my budget. I got more than I expected on my trade in and the whole process was seamless, I arrived with my car, had it assessed and was offered a great trade in value.
