Kia EV3 Earth K3 Long Range

Very positive experience with Stuarts trading in our car for a second hand Kia EV6. Dealt with Fred Pope throughout and it was a pleasure. Excellent communication and friendly manner, not pushy in any way and very helpful with any queries. Offered a fair price for our car and organized a test drive with no difficulty. When we noticed that the Kia was missing the boot cover he arranged for this to be replaced immediately, documented it on our paperwork and confirmed it had been replaced on the day that we collected, we never had to chase him for anything, (as has been my previous experience with other dealerships). As this is our first EV he took time to go through how everything worked and even set up our phones and the radio stations for us and encouraged us to get in touch if there were any issues post sale.
