Kia EV5 Earth 3 - Long Range **FULLY ELECTRIC, APP

Truely excellent experience! Phoned this location in advance as we were looking for a specific nut lock to open wheel nut. The man I spoke to on phone (think his name was John) said come on and we will see what we have. He unlocked the nuts on the 4 wheels, and put the new ones on for us. He had to get another coworker to help him. They were really great. Excellent service, and really courteous. Highly recommend for any customer needs.

Very disappointing, i had my car in for service and diagnostics in J Keane services Roscommon and the response i got from service desk was there’s something draining my battery which needs another diagnostic session to find out and my infotainment system had an issue which they say didnt show up on the diagnostics and that i didnt mention the same prior to the procedure and they might book me in for another diagnostics to find it and charge 100€ per hour for the same for labour. I need to know what does diagnostics mean for this dealership, is it separate for every single part or is it my fault that i didnt mention every single malfunction properly. My service plan with VW financial services includes the diagnostics and report which i didnt get from the service dealer here.

Horrible experience definitely not to VW standards. I went here for service on my VW car for break service, my car had no other issues upon bringing the car in for the break service. I received a clean bill of health from the dealer after the service. Immediately after taking my car home the lights on the dashboard malfunctioned and the cruise control stopped working. A week later I started hearing a rattling under the right wheel so I called the dealer to get a new appointment to get it checked. Upon return inspection I was given a full list of defects in the car, many of which were serious and the dealer itself made me sign a waiver for as the car was dangerous to drive. I was quoted €1300 to fix. Seeing i had not driven the car since the original service it was obvious that the damage was caused by the previous service. I researched the issue online and connected the two pieces that is was all tied to the poor service done on the vehicle. The dealership didn’t provide me any diagnostic reports and wouldn’t accept responsibility for the damage their mechanic caused. Claiming all those parts magically failed at same time or that I “hit a bump” which caused the damage. It’s really disgusting to say the least, I’ve been to many VW and the service is always great. The fact the dealer denied everything and made me drive the vehicle home by signing a waiver that it was a risk to life just shows you they don’t value their customers at all.
