I have just recently purchased a car from Newgate Motor Group in Navan and my salesperson was Ian Reynolds. I had an excellent experience with Ian. His customer service, expertise and knowledge truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, was very friendly and helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I got a good deal on a trade in. Communication was clear, timely and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the effort Ian put into making sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Ian's assistance and expertise to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I was also given a beautiful bouquet of flowers with my new purchase, which was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend Newgate for an exceptional service.

I recently had my car serviced with Newgate and it was the best experience you could ask for. It was done really quickly and efficiently, there was no push or upsell or recommendation of anything that I didn’t need. The guys did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. Really excellent staff and service

I recently bought a Kia from Newgate Motors. My sales person was Conor Kealy and it was a really positive experience. Conor was helpful, friendly, great to work with and he made the whole process so easy and stress free. I was delighted to find a bunch of flowers in my car when I collected it - such a lovely touch. I highly recommend both Conor and Newgate in general. Thanks everyone!
