Phil the legend at Midland Suzuki is highly recommended. He offers competitive prices, is friendly, efficient, and responds promptly. While other branches said we’d have to wait at least 12 months for a Jimny, Phil followed up and secured one from a canceled order at Suzuki Australia. We're glad we met Phil; he saved us hassle and is the best salesman we've ever met—honest and not pushy, getting things done efficiently.Every one in the branch was really friendly too , the vibe is really good, I definitely recommend my friends to come here for their vehicle purchase:)

Had a very bad experience buying my first car. Unprofessional and rude customer service Once I signed the contract they told me the car would be ready in two days as it was in the warehouse and when it was time they told me that it was taken as a service car and they were trying to get it back. After a week with countless follow-ups, they got the car and after I bought the car they said that the transfer would be completed in a few days. After a week, the car was still not transferred to my name after countless follow-ups and one month later they transferred the car to my name. And then I got the paper from DOT that I had to pay for the transfer amount. When buying the car I was told that it was included and when I contacted them they told me that they would look in the contract and get back to me and saying that it was a demo car thats why like seriously. Would not recommend.
