Euan was my main point of contact throughout and he went above and beyond at every turn. Any issue or query I had with the car, he was straight on it — nothing was too much trouble. What really stood out was the level of after-sales care: Euan sorted the next NCT for me, took care of the road tax, and even arranged for the alloys to be refurbished, covering the costs. He made the whole process completely stress-free — honestly, he couldn't have made life any easier for me. That kind of service is genuinely rare and it's what sets All Set Motors apart from the rest. I had a fantastic experience with Allset Motors in Sligo. From the outset, Euan was incredibly responsive and professional. He sent through all the information I needed, including a detailed battery health check report, and full vehicle history. Because of how quickly and clearly he communicated, I was even able to confidently purchase my car from abroad before seeing it in person. After being in a company car for many years, my goal was to find something with low mileage and not too old and the Tesla was exactly what I was looking for, with the exceptionally low mileage, i feel like I've got a great deal on what is practically a new car in terms of history. When I arrived to collect the car, Hugh was extremely welcoming and took the time to guide me through the full setup, which made the whole experience seamless. The car itself was beautifully presented, valeted, and fully charged. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish. I genuinely couldn’t fault the service, it was excellent. Excellent buying experience for my Model 3 from start to finish, Hugh was extremely responsive, helpful and informative throughout the process.
