Kia Niro New Special Edition PHEV

Thanks to the Good Samaritan! Last night I had to charge the battery for my Kia EV4 at the Kinnegad Plaza. Thankfully because the battery is so good in the EV4 I normally only ever charge at home! Suffice to say I encountered some difficulty and as luck would have it a Kia EV6 driver came to my rescue like a Knight in shining armour (who I now know to be Rebecca Cooke ... take a bow!) and she assessed and sorted my difficulty out expertly in seconds!! I didn't get Rebecca's name at the time but I knew she worked in your Kia Renmore probably as a Business Manager (she's a fan of the 0% finance like we all are!), she lives in Tuam and is an early riser! I would not like her good deed to go unnoticed. She is a wonderful Ambassador for your dealership and the Kia brand. Well done! Thanks and wishing her every success for the future!! I recently had my car in with Kia Renmore, and I have to say—if every garage ran like this, mechanics would have fan clubs. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt easy. No confusion, no nonsense, just straight-up good service. The team actually listens to you (a rare skill these days), explains things in plain English, and doesn’t make you feel like you need a degree in engineering just to understand what’s going on. A special shoutout to Ian Hanley, the service manager. The man deserves a medal—or at least a very strong cup of coffee. He somehow manages to be professional, helpful, and genuinely sound all at the same time. You can tell he knows his stuff, but more importantly, he actually cares about getting things sorted properly. No upselling nonsense, no pressure—just honest advice and solid work. The car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. Honestly, I almost wish something else would go wrong just so I could go back… almost. If you’re looking for a place that won’t waste your time, talk over your head, or empty your wallet unnecessarily, Kia Renmore is the spot. 10/10—would trust them with my car (and possibly my life).
