I recently had my car serviced at BYD Wexford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was extremely thorough, and I felt confident that everything was checked and handled with real care. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to the service manager, who was outstanding — he answered all my questions clearly, took the time to explain everything, and really knew his stuff. It’s rare to come across that level of knowledge and customer focus. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend BYD Wexford for anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

I had a very good experience in purchasing my first EV. Darragh explain everything very patiently and clearly and then brought us for a test drive. I was in a little bit of a hurry because I had an appointment, but Darragh was able to explain everything and fix a price, which included making allowance for our trade-in, in time for us to leave for our appointment. Everything had been explained so well and the test drive had been extremely satisfactory that we decided to return on our way back after the appointment and purchase the car. Darragh is the most impressive car salesman I have ever met!
