Darren was the salesperson who helped me purchase the car I currently have. From the start, he was completely honest and transparent about the car and all its details. He explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and was also very helpful throughout the finance approval process. I actually came to this dealership through a recommendation from my brother, who also bought his car from them and had a great experience. Mark, who looked after my brother, was also extremely professional, honest and helpful, and was very clear about all the details of the car. It is not always easy to find a place where you genuinely feel that the salesperson is there to help you rather than simply trying to make a sale. That was exactly how we felt here. Purchased my 4th car this week from Ignition Autos. Had my eye on the car on the website, put down a deposit before even test driving it.
