Kia Sorento 1.6 PHEV 7 Seat - HUGE SPEC - Reversin

Cillian handled my purchase professionally from start to finish, kept me informed as to the status of the car. Level of customer service was top class and not like previous car purchases which resulted in me having to chase the garages. Would highly recommend and very pleased with purchase

Neil and Alison We shopped around a lot , looked at various cars and Xpeng stood out as an up and coming brand . We visited another non MSL Xpeng dealer and had a less than impressive experience and then met Cillian.in MSL About 5 weeks now with the car and we felt good time to give feedback and more so on our sales experience . It’s a great piece of kit and my wife loves it. MSL Motors exceeded every expectation, and that’s largely thanks to Cillian. He took the time to understand what my wife needed, walked her through every feature with clarity, and made the entire process feel effortless. The first day I called in on spec, a little bit of a window shopper and Cillian’s approach stood out. He also said to me that I would be back! 7 days later we walked in and he remembered my name . That is very impressive and a lot of dealers and salespeople have lost the art of that detail. His patience stood out as I wrecked in head with pushing trade in price and the numerous queries. What impressed me most was his honesty — no pressure, no rushing, just solid guidance and genuine enthusiasm for the product. The level of service we received is rare today, and Cillian delivered it flawlessly. If you want a premium experience to match a premium EV, Cillian is the person to deal with. Ps I don’t think I have an ever given a tip to a car sales person but we did that day !

Many thanks to Cillian he was so professional. He looked after us & made the whole experience seamless. We’d recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a car & trade one in…
