I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism here. I submitted an inquiry online which was ignored. When I followed up by phone, I was told to come in. I took time out of my day to visit, waited to be seen, and had my car assessed. I was promised a follow-up call regarding the numbers. That was 10 days ago, and I haven't heard a word. If the service is this bad when you are trying to give them business, I can’t imagine what the after-sales support is like.
