I hope my review can benefit and help anyone considering using Daltons. This review is independent and completely based on my recent experiences with them. Having ownership of an M car and being aware of the importance of top servicing and maintenance that’s required for the car, it was essential I sourced a garage that would be known for their quality of work, customer care and good pricing. After some thorough research and recommendations- Daltons was a repeated name that kept coming up in conversations. Based on this, I took a leap of faith to find out for myself. I am more than willing to provide information on the exceptional standard of care and service I received from Daltons. I am again able to express my total satisfaction and joy with how I was treated for the services I received for my car. Every single member of the Dalton’s team were engaging, helpful and efficiently responsive to absolutely every single query I had. Dominic provided me with consistent, constant and efficient communication throughout, via email, and was always available on the other side of the phone when needed. Throughout, Dominic expressed a professional and friendly attitude. So much so, we can now label each other, as friends. Dominic provided me with an extensive amount of options for the car from exterior car parts to servicing and car engine mapping. His knowledge and expertise matched that of someone who was very experienced with dealing with high performing cars. In a nutshell, he knew his stuff. Every information acquired by Dominic was well sought out and very comprehensive. Pricing was transparent throughout so I was very aware of what was going to be charged and how much the parts were going to cost.The information provided, helped and assisted me in going ahead with the proposed work. In the end the car received; -A full service as per BMW guidelines and recommendations (parts brought in by Daltons). Fitment for the following parts; -carbon fibre splitter -carbon fibre diffuser -front black grills -carbon fibre spoiler -carbon fibre side skirts -carbon fibre rear extensions -lowering springs and spacers (brought in by Daltons). The time taken to perform the above work spanned over two separate days. On both occasions the team provided me with a courtesy car to help with travelling to and from work. Dave at the front desk on all occasions expressed a warm and friendly attitude and was always very kind in offering teas and coffees. A genuine gentleman. Dave facilitated the courtesy cars and took all payments over the phone and on site. Tadgh was another member of the team who I met with. Another lovely man who helped with carrying out fitment of the car parts. The level of work can be seen in the photograph attached- Immaculate. Tadgh also facilitated time outside of routine hours for me to acquire my car back. In a nutshell, the guys at Daltons were extremely helpful in advising all matters relating to my car. The level of work performed was second to none! The customer service was exceptional and the guys totally went out of their way for me! I am grateful for everything they have done and will continue to avail of their services! The car is booked in with them again for further servicing. I wouldn’t be able to recommend a better bunch than the guys at Daltons!
