Kia Sportage K3

I recently bought a Kia from Newgate Motors. My sales person was Conor Kealy and it was a really positive experience. Conor was helpful, friendly, great to work with and he made the whole process so easy and stress free. I was delighted to find a bunch of flowers in my car when I collected it - such a lovely touch. We bought a used volvo xc90 from Ian in Newgate and I have to say the service we received was exceptional. I didn't want to leave this review initially because it was just another car sale but the aftersales care was as good as you could expect from a garage. We had a few issues with the car some small and some not so small but in fairness to Ian he dealt with each of them and made sure they were sorted. The warranty was important to us and we did need it for these few issues but we really have to compliment Ian for the way he handled them each time. If management read this please pass it on to Ian. Thank you for the great service, from us both. We would definitely buy from Newgate again in future purely based on this interaction.
