Just collected my new BYD Sealion 7 Excellence. What a car!!! Comfort, power and refinement all rolled into one beautiful package. Service from Erti and Joe was fantastic. Both of the guys were very friendly, kept me informed at every stage of the process while I was waiting for car to arrive and gave me a thorough handover explaining everything about car. Can’t recommend BYD Waterford enough!!!

Before I dealt with Waterford BYD I contacted BYD dealers closer to my home in Limerick. BYD Limerick and Waterford were the only replies. I was trading a 181 5 series BMW in very good condition and low mileage. I got a better deal with Waterford BYD and didn't mind traveling. I dealt with John Sweeney and have to say "couldn't have met"a nicer guy. He was there everytime I sent an email or made a phone call and made the whole experience very positive and easy. I can't reccommend BYD Waterford enough and will definitely deal with them again. Thanks John.

The whole setup made the process smooth and enjoyable, and the follow-up service has been second to none. The car itself is out of this world – incredible range, amazing to drive, and easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. On top of that, the aftercare package is unbelievable: customer service calls to check in, free servicing for a few years, free tyres, brakes, and even window wipers. Joe and the team have really gone above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to everyone at BYD Waterford for making this such a great experience.
