I recently bought my car from Ian and the whole experience was excellent. He was very professional, friendly, and honest throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the car was exactly as described. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Ian to anyone looking to buy a car.

We bought a used volvo xc90 from Ian in Newgate and I have to say the service we received was exceptional. I didn't want to leave this review initially because it was just another car sale but the aftersales care was as good as you could expect from a garage. We had a few issues with the car some small and some not so small but in fairness to Ian he dealt with each of them and made sure they were sorted. The warranty was important to us and we did need it for these few issues but we really have to compliment Ian for the way he handled them each time. If management read this please pass it on to Ian. Thank you for the great service, from us both. We would definitely buy from Newgate again in future purely based on this interaction.

Recently bought my 2nd car from Newgate motors. Conor was a joy to deal with, professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He made the whole experience seamless, no messing, I couldn’t recommend him more. I felt well looked after and most importantly I’m delighted with my purchase. After visiting other garages whilst shopping around I can honestly say Newgate & Conor were by far the easiest & best to deal with. The beautiful bouquet of flowers I received when I picked up my car was lovely extra.
