I would especially like to highlight the employee Aleks, who is a true gentleman and who resolved a small misunderstanding to the customer’s satisfaction and this truly sets an example of an excellent customer service. For the first time after years of service at another dealership, I brought my CX5 at Joe Duffy. They have apparently experience with frustrated former customers of such other dealership and instead of taking advantage of this, they go the extra mile and take the frustration in their own hands. Simon in particular took care of a long standing issue with my car and reminded me of the difference between customer service and customer care. Will be going there again.
