Mercedes-Benz AMG AMG CLE 53 4Matic Coupe - Panora

We had a great experience buying our new car from MSL Mercedes Garage. From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, friendly, and relaxed. A special mention to Gavan, the salesman, who was excellent throughout the entire process. Gavan was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, with no pressure or hidden surprises. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend MSL Mercedes Garage, especially if you’re dealing with Gavan. I’ll definitely return in the future.

We purchased our first Benz here and had a wonderful time at MSL Ballsbridge. We found exactly what we were looking for and Gavan guided us through the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which made it much easier to make the decision.

We had a brilliant experience with Frank Madden at MSL Ballsbridge. From start to finish, Frank was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He really helped us feel confident in finalising the car and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The handover and walk-through of the car were excellent as well. Frank went through everything carefully, made sure we were comfortable with all the features and genuinely took care of us throughout the entire process. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking to buy a car from MSL Ballsbridge. Thanks again, Frank!
