Also serviced the car with them and all I have to say they're very pleasant to deal with, they updated me on progress and also gave me an estimate. They also cleaned and hoovered the car. I had an issue with charging in my 7 month old ID4. Had to leave the car and keys at the M6 service station. It was taken to Michael Moore's garage. They diagnosed a charger actuator problem and replaced the part. When I was due to collect the car their charger was out of action and I was very anxious as there were very few kms left, I expressed this anxiety to one of your service team, was told when I arrived that chargers were still out of action. To my utter surprise when I sat in I realized the car had been charged and also cleaned. I feel very happy with how I was looked after, not happy to have such a problem with a 7 month old car. I thought I had bought a reliable car and would not be left on the roadside!
