I found the type of car I wanted, a Renault Austral. When I phoned up about it Sarah Lloyd took my call. She was very good, not at all pushy and she sent me an indepth video of the car. Sarah suggested a €100 deposit would hold the car for me until I got down to Dublin to see it. A few days later I drove to Finglas and viewed the car.
