I cannot recommend Frank Keane VW Sandyford enough. This is my third time returning to them for a car and it has always been a pleasant experience. I dealt with Duane this time and found him to be exceptionally professional, diligent and competent at his job. Duane ensured that I could put a deposit down on my car even though he was off the day I was booking it. He has been so accommodating and the transfer was absolutely seamless. Amazing Experience! Duane was an absolute professional to deal with—extremely cooperative and true to his word. He agreed on a fantastic sale price with me, which even included getting the back windows tinted. Since it was a second-hand car, he ensured that it would be fully serviced, valeted, have the alloys refurbished, and all bodywork completed to a high standard. As I was traveling from Kerry, he even filled the tank with diesel as a goodwill gesture, which was greatly appreciated. I had sold my car and was flying up to collect the new one on a Friday. Even though he wasn’t scheduled to work that day, he came in just to finalize the sale. He genuinely seems like a great guy! I also met Shauna and Conor, who were both super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
