Bought my car here and dealt with Sean who made the purchase very easy. Also serviced the car with them and all I have to say they're very pleasant to deal with, they updated me on progress and also gave me an estimate. They also cleaned and hoovered the car. Have no complaints at all and highly recommend them.

I had an issue with charging in my 7 month old ID4. Had to leave the car and keys at the M6 service station. It was taken to Michael Moore's garage. They diagnosed a charger actuator problem and replaced the part. When I was due to collect the car their charger was out of action and I was very anxious as there were very few kms left, I expressed this anxiety to one of your service team, was told when I arrived that chargers were still out of action. To my utter surprise when I sat in I realized the car had been charged and also cleaned. I feel very happy with how I was looked after, not happy to have such a problem with a 7 month old car. I thought I had bought a reliable car and would not be left on the roadside!
