In the process of buying our second Skoda from Annesley Williams. Always greeted with a smile by all the staff. The most impressive thing was when we mentioned to Paul how much we were offered for our car from another garage on a trade in, his response was.... "your our customer and we want to keep you as our customer" . They matched the offer and topped it. Can't fault the customer service at all. We dealt with Pat, Gavin and Sean over the couple of visits.

I was looking around for a second hand Skoda and found one in Annesley Williams. Having never visited an actual car dealership before I had this preconceived idea that they would be intimidating and out of my price range. I am very happy to say that I couldn't of been more wrong. From the moment I entered Annesley Williams I felt welcomed. We met with Shean who brought me out to see the two cars I was interested in. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He talked me through my options and at no time did I feel pressured in any way. I went away for a few days to think about it and then made a second visit to test drive the car. He offered me a very fair price for my trade in and I put a deposit down. I collected the car a couple of days later at my convenience. He spent ages with me showing me how to work the radio and all the features. The car is spotless clean and well looked after by the previous owner. I am so so happy with my purchase and really happy with the service I received from Shean. I would happily recommend Annesley Williams to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. Just bought my 5th car from Paddy in Annesley Williams, such a wonderful experience. He is always cheerful and so helpful explaining every feature in the car and ensuring I was happy with it all before he let me go. He has always given me great advice. I would highly recommend him and I myself would never go anywhere else. The experience was made even better because I also got to deal with the lovely Pamela to sort the finance end of it. She is very friendly,kind and generous with her time. Always takes time to go through all the paperwork properly with you and always with a lovely smile.
