Very pleasant very professional, easy to deal with. I can't give an assessment just yet, as I am waiting for a date to have my faulty sub-frame replaced. Which was due to a Mercedes manufacturer error. I will give a full review when all this completed. I wasn't waiting to long for the appointment to replace the sub-frame. It only took a day to replace and Hannah made that day feel seamless. Hannah went above and beyound measures to facilitate the job and to reassure me and arranged a curtesy car. I can't speak highly enough of her. Thank you. The coffee is great there too!

Brought my Mercedes in for the B Maintenance Service and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking was simple, reminders were timely, and the service was carried out with great professionalism.
