What really stood out for us was the excellent communication throughout the process. We were also provided with a loaner car for 10 days while waiting for our new car, which was a very courteous and thoughtful gesture. It was something we really appreciated and demonstrated the level of customer care provided by the team. The final delivery was equally smooth and well organised.
