Eduardo assisted my wife and I in buying our first car in Dublin. He was nothing short of amazing in his service, how knowledge and his flexibility in accommodating our needs. BYD was the first car we test drove on our journey of finding the vehicle that best met our needs, was economical, efficient, technologically advanced and most importantly advanced safety features. He worked late hours so he could help us after our work commitments, he adjusted his work schedule so he was available on the days we were. He walked us through the journey of the purchase, assisted with step by step instructions of all processes, and continuously kept us updated on progress. The one improvement area for BYD South would be for the process of collecting the vehicle to be a little more celebrative and personal. As an example, a bow on the car, balloons, a bouquet, etc. Eduardos after sales service has been exemplary with him remaining in contact regularly checking in to see if we are still happy and still answering queries that we have as we get used to our new vehicle. From the time I entered the show room I was greeted immediately by a very nice and friendly gentleman who introduced me to Eduardo whose professionalism was just superb. There was no pushy sales pitch, just a sincere interest in what I was looking for (I didn’t even know that at our first meeting) , lots of options shown to me with a little bit of banter.
