Mercedes-Benz GLC 300de AMG Urban Night Pack 328bh

I recently purchased a Mercedes E220d from Gilmores and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my very first enquiry, Paul was an absolute gentleman to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and never once made me feel under pressure. Buying a car is a significant investment and Paul made the entire process straightforward, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. The level of customer service was exceptional throughout. Every question was answered promptly, communication was excellent and everything that was promised was delivered. Even after collection, the aftersales support has been first class, with the team going above and beyond to ensure that any minor issues were addressed properly. It’s easy to see why Gilmores have such a strong reputation. They combine professionalism with a genuinely personal approach that is becoming increasingly rare. A special thank you to Paul for making the purchase of what is a very special car for me such a positive experience. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gilmores to anyone considering a Mercedes-Benz. Five stars all round.
