Stephen was a dream to deal with. From the minute we set foot on the lot he introduced himself and said he would leave us to browse. The min we had a question he was there to answer it. I have to commend him on his friendly manor and professionalism. We have a quick and easy transaction with Stephen and Dolores and we can't thank them enough. An unexpected issue arose with my car last week. My daughter also had a medical emergency that required me to have my car on the road. I phoned Connolly's. Their first concern was that my daughter was the priority. They did everything possible to get my car back on the road as soon as they could. Due to the severity of my daughters complaint, they provided me with a car in case I needed to get to the hospital. Dolores took my call initially and understood what i was going through. Daryl reassured me that everything was going to be ok and to take care of my daughter. They took my car and fixed it straight away. The message I want to get out here is that Connolly's put people first. They knew i was having a tough few days. I am definitely not their biggest customer but they gave me a premium service. Some difficulty with a recall issue , however Daryl on the service desk took things in hand and ensured that I was looked after. Providing me with a courtesy car while everything was w resolved. Great service from Connolly’s Galway.
