I've dealt with many parts departments and main dealers before, but Cioban Marian at Mutec is the best I've come across. He's quick with stock checks, always has the parts ready when I arrive even if he's not there and follows up without me needing to chase. Also down to earth and friendly too, as are all the team at Mutec. A top tip if you're coming from the M50 along the Naas Road. The right turn onto Walkinstown Ave can be very slow, so I sometimes take the left turn, drive past the McDonalds and into the Circle K and then essentially turn around and come through the lights onto Walkinstown Ave. Can save 5 mins at times! Another option is to come down the Long Mile Rd instead and turn left onto Walkinstown Ave.
