I’ve been a customer of Sarsfields Motors in Kilmainham, Dublin since August 2023, when I bought my Mercedes E-Class. From the beginning, they’ve been incredibly helpful. We had a couple of after-sales issues, and David, the owner, was outstanding in how he led the team to resolve everything. Now, I’m looking to trade in that E-Class, and they are definitely my preferred option. I have total faith and trust in them after nearly three years as a happy customer, and I plan to continue doing business with them. I arranged to view the car with ease and picked it up 4 days later with a fresh NCT, car was spotless and diesel in the tank. Bought a BMW 740i from Alex. Everything was straight forward from start to finish and nothing was a problem. Have an issue with windscreen washer but Alex said just drop it in and he will sort it out. Great service and great after sales which is even more important. Would highly recommend Alex and his team.
