When a couple of small issues came up after the sale, Shane handled them exactly how you’d want a dealer to. He was quick to respond, clear in his explanations, and genuinely helpful. No dodging calls, no excuses. At one point he even drove a fair distance to help me out, which says a lot about how he operates. Stuff can come up with any used car, what matters is how it’s dealt with, and Shane was solid throughout. I’ll be buying my foreseeable cars through him and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a straightforward, trustworthy dealer.
