However, the dealership’s customer services followed up immediately on my review by asking Ben, one of the sales team, to contact me. Ben is the ultimate professional, friendly and highly knowledgable. He handled my enquiry efficiently and we completed a deal. I took delivery today of an I4 and am delighted. I have always maintained that the measure of a great company is how they respond when things go wrong and in this regard John Morrison Motors excels. I would highly recommend this dealership.
