I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, and honestly, I don’t think I’m very good at it. But for LMR and especially Lee, I felt I had to share my experience. I bought a BMW Japan import from LMR last week, and I’m absolutely delighted with the purchase and the entire process. From the beginning, Lee was incredibly helpful and professional. I know I overwhelmed him at times with a lot of questions and requests, but he handled everything with patience and care. I had been searching for an upgrade for over a month, visiting several 5-star dealers around Dublin. While many were happy to sell cars, none were willing to go the extra mile. Most would simply say, “We sell the car as-is, with only service and valeting.” But Lee was different. He addressed every concern I had, including minor wear and tear, and went above and beyond to fix those issues. Even though the car came with only one key, Lee arranged for a second key without hesitation. Despite initial advice from others to stick with Dublin-based dealers and avoid independent sellers, I’m glad I trusted my instincts. Lee truly earned my confidence with his dedication and honesty.
