I had a fantastic positive experience purchasing my car in John McCabe Nissan Drogheda recently. I dealt with Dimitri from start to finish, what an absolute gentleman, he was extremely helpful and patient with me even sending me video of car I purchased which was so helpful. I cannot commend Dimitri highly enough, he's a huge asset to your company. Everything about my experience with your showroom was positive from speed at which phones were answered, all staff extremely pleasant, everything extremely efficient. Karen explained and handled purchasing process so well. Car was ready for collection at agreed time, it was spotless and Dimitri did a final run through with car for me. Totally professional experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled with my car and once again a huge thank you to Dimitri, I could not have asked for anyone nicer and more helpful to deal with than him, that man is worth his weight in gold. I had a great experience dealing with Allan in sales at Nissan, along with Karen from the accounts team. Both of them were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely nice to deal with from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and on top of that, they were great fun—friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. It really made a difference.
