He seemed very knowledgeable and was meticulous in making sure that every aspect of the car was in perfect condition. I also appreciated his honesty and the complete absence of any pressure - he presented me with all the information on the car and made it clear that if I decided it wasn't right for me at any point in the process, that was completely ok.
