We have bought our first car from Brian in Redcastle a little over a year and a half ago, buying your first car can be a very daunting and overwhelming experience but Brian made the process very simple and easy- because we had such a great experience the first time we recently returned to upgrade our car and again were met with the same great service from Brian and team. Very professional and again made the process so easy ! Would defo recommend them to anyone!

I bought my first car through Redcastle Motors, I dealt with Brian who was very friendly and professional, Brian made the whole process very easy and answered all questions I had. No matter what questions I had Brian was on hand to help and went above and beyond! The car was immaculate and came fully serviced. The box of chocolates on passenger seat was a lovely touch and was so unexpected. I would absolutely recommend Redcastle Motors and will definitely go back to them in the future. I bought a car from Redcastle motors and dealt with Brian through the whole process. From start to finish he could not have been more friendly or professional. But it was after the purchase that showed the care Brian takes with both his cars and customers. The battery died a few days after getting the car. I called the AA as Brian had given me a years membership with buying the car. When they arrived they told me the battery needed to be replaced. I rang Brian and he immediately said to get a new battery and that he would cover the cost. No arguing or anything. I opted to go with the AA replacing the battery while there. I paid on the day and Brian said he would repay me as soon as I could send him the receipt for his records. The AA driver said the reciept would be in the AA app within a few days. It was not. I ended up having to hassle the AA for the receipt and Brian was very good in also bringing it to his AA reps attention to try and hurry the process along. Once I had the receipt the money was in my bank account in no time. Would highly recommend Redcastle motors to anyone.
