The service was extremely thorough, and I felt confident that everything was checked and handled with real care. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to the service manager, who was outstanding — he answered all my questions clearly, took the time to explain everything, and really knew his stuff. It’s rare to come across that level of knowledge and customer focus. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend BYD Wexford for anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.
