We recently ordered a new skoda Octavia Sportline from Bolands Carlow and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. We received a great trade-in price for our car, and the whole process was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. A special thanks to Gary, who looked after us from start to finish. He was genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and never put us under any pressure. He made the whole experience enjoyable and is a real credit to Bolands. What really stood out to us was how welcoming everyone was. Every member of staff we passed acknowledged us with a smile or a hello, making both myself and my wife feel genuinely valued. It was how buying a car should be. The customer service from Boland was second to none. Especially Cillian Murphy who was how I think customer service should be. It felt as though you were in safe and honest hands dealing with Cillian and Bolands. My husband has recently bought a Volvo from them also. At any point they are contactable and helpful. Appointment can be made. There is no invisibility in hiding behind desks or secretaries. They know there clients and actually help sort there request or problems out. Truly I think genuine customer service is disappearing but not involving dealers of Bolands of Carlow Many thanks
